Cancellation Policy
We allow customers to make changes to or cancel an order up to 1 hour after their purchase. We work diligently to exceed your expectations, therefore our graphic artists begin design creation within hours of receiving the order. After 1 hour, your order may not be modified or cancelled. However, if there is a case where no graphic artists has started yet, for example an order placed on the weekend or the middle of the night, we'll gladly cancel your order.
Shipping Policy
We ship all of our orders via UPS or USPS in the United States from our Ohio workshop. Some products ship for free and those that don't have clearly state shipping rates during the checkout process. You will receive an email and/or sms update with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Orders typically arrive in 2-4 business days. Please note that all of our products are custom made to order and do have a 2-7 business day processing/production time, which is stated on the product description page of each product.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with the quality, we’ll gladly offer you a replacement or refund of the merchandise price within 30 days of receipt of product. But to be clear, any customized/personalized or used product is non-returnable. However, if there is a defect with your product we are happy to replace your item free of charge or refund your purchase price.
How To Process A Return or Refund -
1. Email support@verafideshop.com with your order # (found in your email confirmation) and reason for refund request. Please note if you'd prefer a replacement or refund and return.
2. We'll contact within 24 business hours to establish a resolution. This could be a replacement or a refund applied to the card you used to purchase.
Warranty Policy
We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and stand behind the quality of our products with our US based team! We offer a quality guarantee and 1 year warranty. The fabric and construction of all products is guaranteed to be free from defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. We are not responsible for damage, abuse or improper care, or for fabric worn or stained by perspiration, liquid or oils.
